14. What should I know before I buy airline tickets from Airline Consolidator.com?
1. What are Consolidator Airline Tickets?
Consolidator Airline Tickets are discounted airfares that are sold by most major Airline Companies to help fill seats. These tickets are usually below the lowest published fare available directly from an airline company. Airline Consolidator.com only does business with consolidators that have contracts directly with Airline companies. TOP >
2. What is the Total Cost of Airfares?
When purchasing Consolidator Airline Tickets, always get the total cost. Some companies have many "hidden" charges such as paying by credit card, etc.. Airline Consolidator.com's charges added are as follows:
Taxes--$35-$120 round trip, depending on destination and airports traveled through. There are no additional charges when paying by credit card. TOP >
3. How do I book an airline ticket using Airline Consolidator.com?
Simply enter your departure and arrival information in the Airline Consolidator.com request page using city names or 3 digit IATA standard city codes. Our Internet Booking Engine performs a comprehensive search of the fares in the Airline Consolidator.com database and displays all flight options. Next, select the flights that most closely match your travel plans and complete the purchase by input of required information. Once you have completed your purchase, your paper airline ticket is delivered via FedEx; E-ticket confirmation numbers are sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Rest assured that there is a seat waiting for you aboard the plane. Flights are only booked and confirmed once you have been issued a confirmation number via e-mail. TOP >
4. How can I purchase tickets?
1. Book online: The easiest way to reserve and/or purchase tickets is by using our request for booking form when searching for fares or by E-Mail.
2. Call us: We can take your request by telephone, however with Consolidator Airline Tickets, we cannot immediately guarantee availability with prices found on Search For Discounted International Airfares.
3. Email us: We have to reserve or book the flights in order to guarantee you the price quoted. Please include the name of each passenger as it will appear on the Passport when requesting availability. We make every effort to respond to all requests within 24 hours, however please allow up to 2 business days for us to confirm availability depending on the day of the week and the season. TOP >
5. How do I know what restrictions apply to the ticket that I want to buy?
Once you have decided on a flight, we will return the penalties with your confirmation or by telephone. You may also obtain the penalties in advance from us by telephone. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST that you read through all of the restrictions. If the ticket you wish to purchase is restricted, you are entering into a binding contract. Other flights may cost more, but they will allow you more freedom and flexibility if you need to change your travel plans. It is important to consider all consequences before you purchase a cheaper ticket with restrictions. TOP >
6. Why can't I find available flights online?
There are several reasons: The flights may be sold out. The schedule may require more than one airline to connect and booking engine may not recognize this. The flight schedule may require more than 2-3 segments each way and booking engine cannot process. If you do not find available space for the requested fare, a request may be made by booking request or by telephone to a live agent. TOP >
7. Why does the airline carriers name not appear on the flight schedule?
Due to contractual agreements between the consolidator and certain airline carriers, we are not allowed to publish specific airlines names with the flight schedule via the internet. You will receive a detailed confirmation via e-mail listing the airline carrier.
The following is the list of airlines that we do not list the name with the schedule:
AA - American Airlines
CO - Continental Airlines
DL - Delta Airlines
NW - Northwest Airlines
UA - United Airlines
US - US Airways
BA - British Airways
TOP >
8. What is an E-ticket?
An E-ticket (or "electronic ticket") is a paper-less ticket. Instead of receiving a physical ticket, you will be sent a confirmation number to use at the airport check-in with your photo ID (such as a driver's license) to receive your boarding pass. In some cases, the airlines may ask you also to present the credit card that you used to book your flight.

Using an E-ticket is very simple and completely secure. Most airlines offer E-tickets, especially for U.S.domestic travel. Overseas with customs and immigration limits the use of E-tickets internationally. Many international airlines are starting to offer E-ticketing on select routes. E-tickets have many benefits. You CAN'T LOSE an E-ticket since your ticket is your confirmation number and photo identification. And in the event that you forget the confirmation number, the flight number will do the job.

TIP: Some carriers require travelers to present the credit card they used to purchase the ticket online. If you are thinking about purchasing a ticket for a friend or relative who does not have access to your credit card, please call and check with the airline about their specific requirements. TOP >
9. If I purchase an E-ticket, what do I get as proof of that purchase?
Customers buying Etickets will be sent a confirmation number via e-mail. Travelers can present that number at the time of airport check-in along with appropriate identification. TOP >
10. What form of payments are accepted?
Airline Consolidator.com accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and VISA. We also accept Cashiers Checks or Money Orders. Airline tickets will be mailed to billing address of cardholder only. TOP >
11. Once I purchase a ticket from Airline Consolidator.com, when can I expect to receive it?

14. What should I know before I buy airline tickets from Airline Consolidator.com?
Airline Consolidator.com accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and VISA credit cards. ALL payments must be in US dollars.

In order to ensure delivery of your tickets prior to your departure, we cannot accept bookings for travel within 5 business days of your departure date via the internet.

To receive special low prices, certain restrictions are attached to discounted domestic reservations. Once discounted domestic reservations have been made and you have provided payment to us, your reservation CANNOT be changed and is completely NON-REFUNDABLE. International consolidator tickets are also an excellent value, but please keep in mind that with the low prices there are also a number of restrictions.

Once international reservations have been made and you have provided payment to us, YOUR RESERVATION CANNOT BE CHANGED without large penalties (usually $300 or more depending upon the airline). Additionally, INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATOR TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Beginning with the first scheduled day of travel, your tickets are completely non-refundable and non changeable. Any schedule changes must be made before the original departure date. To ensure credit card security, all reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person traveling. Nicknames cannot be used.

For international travel, the name on the reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler's passport. Tickets can ONLY be shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder on whose card the ticket was purchased. This is done as a security precaution for our customers. Airline Consolidator.com has established these procedures to prevent credit card fraud and protect our customers. TOP >
