Many Colorado residents are finding big savings with Frontier Airlines' new four-day discounted flights. Brian Dues, from Great Falls, said that he and his wife would probably not have been able to enjoy a short vacation that he planned for her birthday if it wasn't for Frontier's discounts. Eugene Stotts, a retired Malmstrom airman, said that Frontier's discounts have saved him hundreds of dollars and these discounts also allowed him to send his daughter to visit her grandparents.
These positive reactions and more have followed from the first eight weeks that Frontier has been offering the four-day-a-week discount flights that operate between Denver and Great Falls. Having started in May, the discount flights will continue through mid-September. Officials in Great Falls say that the presence of Frontier Airlines has already changed the nature of travel in Great Falls. Some of the changes have been lower prices, greater seat availability, and increasing leisure travel.
