A commercial plane crashed in Taipei, Taiwan on Wednesday with 58 people on board. The plane hit a bridge directly after takeoff and crashed into a river. Since then, TransAsia Airways Corp. has decided to cancel 32 flights Tuesday so that pilots can participate in mandated re-training and tests. This makes the canceled total 122 flights; 24 on Saturday, 36 on Sunday, and 30 on Monday. All flights affected are domestic flights. On Friday the Civil Aeronautics Administration ordered the re-training and tests. Three people are still missing from the February 4 crash; in July, 48 people died in another crash.
