Escape to sunny destinations aboard Norwegian Air
Travelers looking to escape the cold harsh temperatures of winter can look to Norwegian Air as a low-cost option that will now offer flights to the Caribbean from a number of U.S. cities. The winter flights will begin on December 3 and will depart from Boston, Baltimore, and New York, and will fly to Martinique and Guadeloupe. Passengers can look forward to fares that start as low as $79 one-way from New York's JFK International Airport. The flights will take place three times a week from New York and two times a week from Boston and Baltimore.
Not everyone is happy about the new flight options as the U.S. unions and airlines have been lobbying against the application that Norwegian Air submitted to the Department of Transportation.
