As of October 18, Jet Airways added four additional direct flights per week between Abu Dhabi International Airport and Bombay Airport in India. This is in addition to the daily flights the airline operates from Abu Dhabi to Bombay and Delhi. The new flights will depart Abu Dhabi at 1:15 am and flights from Bombay will depart at 10:40 pm. These four new flights will increase the number of weekly flights leaving Abu Dhabi from 14 to 18.
The new flights will increase the amount of flexibility travellers have when flying to India and will give them easy connectivity to the airline's hub in Mumbai, as well as to various other destinations on its domestic network and international destinations, such as Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Kathmandu, Dhaka, and Colombo. Chief Operating Officer at ADAC Ahmad Al Haddabi said Jet Airways is committed to doing what is needed to offer frequent flights between Abu Dhabi and India.
