Hawaiian Airlines currently operate four flights per week from Honolulu to Seoul, Korea and now they are going to increase the frequency of flights to daily service. The route was launched in January 2011 and according to Peter Ingram, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, since then the demand for the route has grown significantly. Travellers in Korea and throughout Asia will be able to access Hawaii more easily with the additional flights.
The schedule for Hawaiian Flight HA 459 has it departing from Honolulu at 12:00 pm each day and arriving in Seoul's Incheon International Airport at 3:45 the next day. Return flights depart Seoul daily at 10:00 pm and arrives in Honolulu at 12:05 the same day. The route will continue to be operated using the wide-body, twin-aisle Boeing 767-300ER aircraft, which offers 18 Business Class seats and 246 seats in Economy Class.
