On the sixth day of its Haj operation, PIA flew four special Haj flights, taking more than 1800 people to the holy land. These included Saturday’s flight from Islamabad at 5:20 a.m. with 500 passengers aboard, another flight from Islamabad at 11:25 a.m. carrying 499 passengers, one from Peshawar at 2:00 p.m. carrying 328 pilgrims, and one from Lahore at 7:20 p.m. with 503 travelers, all going to the holy land.
All of the flights took off and landed on time. As of today, the total pilgrims numbered around 11,000 spread over 26 flights. Four special flights are going to operate on Sunday from Lahore Quetta and Peshawar.
