German Lufthansa started offering daily services of Airbus A-380s between Frankfurt and Delhi. The first flight landed at the IGI Airport in the early hours of the morning and received a traditional welcome. The jets hold 520 passengers: 420 in Economy class, 92 in Business class, and eight in First class. According to Lufthansa’s Director of South Asia, “It’s a milestone event for us and we are very pleased to welcome the world’s largest commercial passenger jet which offers the finest in terms of flying comfort, luxury, and efficiency.” Passengers will enjoy the best in-flight services, especially in Business and First classes.
