Dubai-based Etihad Airways will offer more flights between the UAE and India, according to an announcement made Tuesday. Flight frequency to Hyderabad, Kochi, Bangalore, Kozhikode, and Chennai will be increased this summer.
Demand from leisure and business travelers means the airline can offer two flights per day Kozhikode, Bangalore, and Chennai starting Tuesday, and two flights per day from Hyderabad starting October 1. There will be both daytime and nighttime flights to better serve the needs of travelers.
These extra flights are in addition to the two daily flights introduced to Mumbai and New Delhi in November 2013 and Kochi in June.
